Judy Bialka has over 19 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry. Prior to launching Waste Concepts in 2008 she has held roles in Operations Management, Customer Service Management, Sales and Marketing for national waste haulers. This experience gives her a well-rounded understanding of how decision making affects an entire waste hauling operation.
Judy’'s knowledge of the waste industry has been enhanced with experience at family-owned waste and recycling businesses. Today, she works with clients in the areas of marketing, sales management and customer service. She is detail oriented, responsive and values long-term partnerships with clients. Judy believes in integrity and doing everything she can to positively impact the client’'s bottom line. Having managed drivers, customer service and sales representatives, she understands the sense of urgency for trained employees with the right attitude. She is proud to have helped build teams for clients that deliver exceptional customer service and sales.
Judy’ was born in Minnesota and she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Saint Cloud State University.
